These were just some of the remarks inspired by Rainier Scholars' Education Happy Hour, Pipeline to Progress that featured an expert panel taking on challenging questions about creating diverse and inclusive organizations. The candid and engaging discussion was facilitated by Rainier Scholars alumna and drew a range of business leaders and RS corporate partners to the office of Whitepages, Inc. our event host.

best practices to effectively identify, recruit, develop and
retain individuals far too often under-represented in both the classroom
